Being a qualified philologist, teacher of English language and literature, and translator in the field of professional communication, I have always been interested in literary heroes, who often become a “behavior model” or a “compass” for our everyday life. During my university years, I studied myths, fairy tales, epics of the peoples of the world, studied Latin and Gothic languages, as well as literature from the Middle Ages to the present.

Having supplemented my education with a course in bibliotherapy, literature and mental health, I gained an understanding of the direction in which I would be interested in moving in life.

I'm currently studying comparative mythology, as well as the life script and hero's journey models. The baggage of your literary and mythological heritage can be analyzed and supplemented. And on its basis you can create an interesting creative process. This is why I study various art therapeutic practices, as they help to “reach” the deep layers of the subconscious and reveal enormous potential, open the flow of energy that is so necessary for the development of our personality.

Art practices are among the most ancient in the world. From ancient times people sang, danced, drew, and did handicrafts. How do you like to express yourself? What topic would you like to explore through creativity?
